Hi, I'm Alicia Byers, a business coach and strategist for financial advisors. I've been a part of the ProAdvisorCoach team for the last 5 years, where I've specialized in sales, referrals, client appreciation, and business growth. Prior to joining the team, I operated my own successful business as an entrepreneur. I live with my husband and two children on our farm in South Carolina.
Understanding the implication and feeling the weight of serving many people across many industries led me to an exclusive practice of solely serving financial advisors. Within this community I've found my coaching to best serve those who foundationally understand their role and want to achieve goals, but want to adjust how they're doing it.
I find value in serving people who have families, who want to create time/margin/space for things outside of work, and serve more people at a deeper level. They want to marry their purpose into their profession and create deeper meaning behind even the simplest of tasks.
It's my main goal to help these advisors craft weeks that honor the things they value most, client deliverables that show their commitment to service, and healthy team environments for people to grow and develop. I've had the distinct pleasure of partnering with various financial advisors within their teams to help increase production through customizing outreach languages and processes that honor their specific talents. We've been able track and analyze their personal production, find gaps, and fill gaps. We've established well-curated WOW systems for the clients and executed large outreach activities. We've transformed their prospecting method into a value-add model where the intent is to serve well and trust that the results will follow.
Partnering with ProAdvisorCoach has given me the ability to have the backend tools, resources, and coaching support to stay client-focused. I've been able to concentrate on adding value to each client while trusting I have the support to deliver at the highest level possible. The collaboration within the team launched me into the financial services space. The ProAdvisorCoach team was the first believer in me that I could lean into coaching and build a successful practice. I've been able to use the team and resources as a foundation in my practice.
You need to know you’re more than the production you bring in and the hours you work; your success doesn’t have to look like everyone else’s, and you certainly don’t have to arrive at success using the plan someone else followed.
You can reach success without spending more time, money, energy, and stress than you want to. "Hustle harder" is not the answer.
