Group Advising, Consulting & Coaching

ProAdvisor Group Advising, Consulting& Coaching Services

Group advising, consulting & coaching takes a unique approach to enhancing
business intelligence by assembling a group of individuals with the same or varied
backgrounds to bring unique and different perspectives. Together, they
communicate best practices and share real-world advice with each other, resulting
in fresh and actionable strategies for operating, improving and growing their
businesses.
Group advising, consulting & coaching takes a unique approach to enhancing
business intelligence by assembling a group of individuals with the same or varied
backgrounds to bring unique and different perspectives.
The group may consist of people from different operating units of the same
company, from multiple companies in similar industries, or from a wide range of
organizations with comparable roles. The participants may be selected by
ProAdvisorCoach or by the attendees themselves to ensure elements of shared
experience. The goal is to provide enough diversity among the members to offer a
fresh outlook and innovative strategies to be applied immediately.

Group advising, consulting & coaching is offered through several different
approaches, depending on participants’ needs, goals and roles. The sessions can be
kicked off by ProAdvisorCoach leaders and then shaped by participants; or
ProAdvisorCoach may provide an end-to-end “turnkey” guided discovery process to
include essential elements such as location, key topics, format, agendas and
curriculum. This latter method ensures optimal results with minimal preparation and
effort required by attendees.
