Lindsay is a Tennessee native (GBO!) with a loyalty to the Bluegrass state, currently blooming in Ohio with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs — Pappy and Weller. Leading with her strengths, she brings more than a decade of experience with the Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment and its influence in corporate, post-secondary and personal applications. Lindsay has degrees from Western Kentucky University (Broadcast Journalism) and the University of Louisville (College Student Personnel/Higher Education), as well as designations as a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach & a NACE Certified Career Coach. Lindsay uses her professional experience in corporate recruiting and staffing, as well as various functional areas of higher education (including admissions, new student orientation, career development/exploration, student leadership and institutional accreditation initiatives), to connect talent to purpose by challenging clients to own what’s RIGHT with them. She brings both structure and vulnerability to conversations around personal and professional growth, living authentically, employee performance, engagement and motivation, and overall wellbeing. With a fire for the written and spoken word, authentic connection, identity development and career exploration, the StrengthsFinder tool and its application in one-on-one and team coaching/workshops fills Lindsay’s spirit and feeds her soul.
