After a 34-year executive career in sales, marketing and customer service, Jon has coached clients professionally for 9 years. He partners with entrepreneurs (small business owners, financial advisors), executives and creative types who prefer to focus on serving others, rather than sharing what’s unique about themselves. They care so much about others; they feel an obligation to help others succeed. This creates inner conflict between being authentic and creating something new and serving others. They want more time to do what they love and spend less time being in the critical path for their business to grow and scale.
