It was his initial desire to help every individual harness the power of their true potential that led him down the path of coaching. Rich Campe began his entrepreneurial endeavors at age 15 by starting a company to pay for his college education. In 1991 he graduated from North Central College in Naperville, IL with a double major in Marketing and Communications.

Henry C. Lewer, Jr. is joining ProAdvisor Coach following a 30+ year career in the financial services industry working for AXA Equitable. Upon earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drake University in Des Moines, IA, Henry joined The Equitable Life Assurance Society (Equitable Life) and later earned his MBA at Adelphi University in Garden City, NY. Henry was Series 6 and 26 registered with FINRA and highly involved with LOMA where he was past chair for the Life Insurance Service Committee.

Staley started his career as an agent with AXA Equitable, LLC out of St. Paul, MN in 1976 and because of his passion for the industry and helping others he was quickly recognized as a leader and become a District Manager in 1978. After nearly 10 years of successfully recruiting and coaching Financial Advisors from success to success he became a Branch Manager in 1986. After spending a good portion of his life in the colder part of the country scrapping icy car windows and shoveling snow he moved to a warmer climate to enjoy some Carolina Blue sunshine.
