Spring ’20 PreContract

Our goal in PreContract is about IMPACT starting with Business Development.  Out intent is NOT to be a coach certification company; however, we realize certain certifications are necessary to be a Best of Breed Coach.

Together we must determine three things:

1. Alignment of vision, mission and values
2. Can you FISH?
3. Can we fish and serve better together then apart

This 90 day emersion is about learning a few of ProAdvisorCoach’s best practices especially in the area of business development; however, this is primarily about can you FISH and can we do it better together then apart.

Fishing means can you be a fisherman of people.  Can you influence others to work with you and with us?  Can you identify and move people to invest in themselves and business.

Format

*Maximum Participants: 12

• Pre-Contract Huddle: 60 minutes/Weekly
• Engagement Triad Tribe:60 minutes/Weekly
• Assignments, Personal Study Time:1 – 3 hours/Weekly
• Business Building / Prime the Pump:3 – 10 hours/Weekly

The following will be covered in the 90-day Pre-Contract Engagement Stage:

• MindScan Certification
• ProAdvisorDrivers Certification
• ProAdvisorCoach Above and Below the Water Line Certification

Lag, Lead, Lift

ProAdvisorCoach recommends the following Avatar Health based on Reach Outs, MindScan’s Scheduled and MindScan’s Reviewed.

This may be modified or changed based on your one on one with your sponsor coach.

It imperative that you have ownership of you Lag, Lead and Lift for you.

Lag: 

$5,000 Total Minimum Billing

1. Month 1: $0
2. Month 2: $2000
3. Month 3: $3000

Lead Weekly:

1. 50 Reach outs
2. 10 MindScan’s Scheduled
3. 5 MindScan Reviews

Lift: 

1. MindScan Certification
2. ProAdvisorDrivers Certification
3. Team COACH Huddles
4. Coaching Triads

Our program is based on Teach it, Digest it, Practice it.

To move from the Pre-Contract Coach status to the Official ProAdvisorCoach Contract Coach you must be at 95% Avatar Health or better by the end of the 90-day PreContract Period.

The FULLY Refundable Pre-Contract stage is $5,000 and will be refunded monthly 

based on Avatar Health for the given month.

Month 1: Qualify up to $1,000 as a % of total Avatar Health.

Month 2: Qualify up to $1,500 as a % of total Avatar Health.

Month 3: Qualify up to $2,500 as a % of total Avatar Health.

 Terms and Conditions:

• Avatar health % must be at 70% minimum to qualify for % of Avatar Health.
• All MindScan reviews scheduled and MindScan reviews must be listed in the notes area of tracking.  First names minimum.
• If you do NOT have the minimum first names listed in the notes area you forfeit your payment for that period
• All Tracking data must be current at the end of each 30 day cycle.
• ProAdvisorCoach will match up to a minimum of $2,000 in Joint work coach pay based on total booking within the 90 days.
• All qualifying Avatar Health reimbursements are paid on the 1^stof the month following the completion of each 30 day cycle during the 90 day Pre-Contract Phase.
• To get paid you MUST turn in a screen shot of your overall Avatar health from Lag, Lead, Lift within 10 day from the end of each 30 day cycle to get paid.
• If you do not turn in your Avatar health within 10 days from the end of 30 day cycle you forfeit that periods payment for Avatar health
• Maximum health per Dial is 100% t make up the Avatar health
• All billing must go through ProAdvisorCoach billing to count toward Avatar health

At the end of PreContract you have several options depending on if you pass or fail.

• 1. Pass at 95%: Must have 3 recommendations of 3 Master Coaches, 3 Precontact Classmates and 3 Existing Clients
     • Option 1: Move forward as a Independent ProAdvisorCoach as part of ProAdvisorCoach family
     • Option 2: Affiliate to resell MindScan and/or ProAdvisorDrivers.com
       • If decide within 10 days from final PreContract last class date then the MindScan Certification of $2,500 and ProAdvisorDrivers set up of $500 is waived.
       • If NOT within 10 days then the normal MindScan Certification of $2,500 and ProAdvisorDrivers.com of $500 set up applies.
     • Option 3: Part ways knowing as friends knowing this was not a good fit at this time.
       • All Clients you booked at Lead, Sale and Delivery will be transferred back to you within 30 days after PreContract last class date.
  2. Don’t Pass
     • Option 1: Affiliate to resell MindScan and/or ProAdvisorDrivers.com
       • If decide within 10 days from final PreContract last class date then the MindScan Certification of $2,500 and ProAdvisorDrivers set up of $500 is waived.
       • If NOT within 10 days than the normal MindScan Certification of $2,500 and ProAdvisorDrivers.com of $500 set up applies.
     • Option 2: Retake the PreContract class
       • Same two options to start the PreContract Class apply
       • If after taking the PreContract class and not passing you must wait 1 full year before attending another PreContract class
     • Option 3: Part ways knowing as friends knowing this was not a good fit at this time.
       • All Clients you booked at Lead, Sale and Delivery will be transferred back to you within 30 days after PreContract last class date.
