Adriane Massey is a Coach–Consultant who specializes in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development. She is a veteran GALLUP Certified Strengths Coach, and International Coaching Federation (ICF) trained. Adriane uses talent assessment data, not guesswork, to elevate leadership capacity, employee engagement, and team performance. Her global, multi-industry portfolio includes AT&T, Lexus, Toyota, Topgolf, Georgia Institute for Technology, Georgia State University, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). A skillful and engaging facilitator, she is a frequent speaker at leadership retreats and conferences. An alum of Leadership Texas, she was one of 115 women leaders selected from across the state to participate in the longest-running women’s leadership development program in the U.S. Adriane began her career as a journalist with The Dallas Morning News. She continued in communications roles with the American Heart Association National Headquarters in Dallas. In healthcare, Adriane held progressive roles as a Marketing Director, Regional Marketing Director, Vice President of Business Development, and Vice President of Learning and Development. She earned a BA from the University of North Texas and MA from Stanford University. She lives in Alpharetta, GA with her husband.
