consists of information gathering from leadership and team members on the current performance environment and desired outcomes; combined with ProAdvisor Coach’s MindScan™ and TeamScan™ technologies which map your team(s) against the 9 Essentials to peak team performance; identifies the critical gaps to optimal performance
based on findings from the Gap Analysis an intense, interactive half to multi-day summit, customized to address the opportunities for greatest leverage within the environment; typically done “off-site” and integrate four key intervention strategies: 1) Teambuilding Exercises (ex.- interactive games, ropes courses, etc.), 2) Challenge Activities (ex. – firewalking, board breaking, glass waling, etc.), 3) Skills Based Training (ex. – communication strategies, conflict management, etc.) and 4) Focus Work Sessions (ex. – defining and developing breakthrough strategies to gain market share)
