Todd joined Rich Campe in 2007 to co-found ProAdvisor Coach and serve as President until February of 2012. With passion and desire to empower leaders and organizations to achieve their greatest potential, his leadership and drive helped ProAdvisor Coach experience a 300% growth rate in the first 3 years.
Prior to full time professional coaching, Todd founded a manufacturing and consulting business in the promotional products industry. He served as contracted Director and Consultant for Plowpoint Inc., a church consulting firm, pioneering and launching a cutting-edge coaching program, ShepherdCare™, designed to address leadership challenges of clergy in our current culture. He also co-founded Light Of Christ United Methodist Church in Charlotte, NC, with 11 other individuals. His entrepreneurial experiences have given him first-hand knowledge of building and running a profitable business with true appreciation for the entrepreneurial dream, the unique challenges that come with it and the power of professional coaching.
Before his entrepreneurial achievements, Todd received national recognition as a top sales producer, national account executive and manager for over nine years with Fortune 500 heavy hitters Pitney Bowes, ADP and Konica.
Todd, a graduate of East Carolina University, is a certified firewalking instructor with internationally recognized F.I.R.E. (Firewalking Institute of Research and Education), received his coach certification from Center for Creative Leadership in 2003 and continues to pursue advance certification through the International Coach Federation-accredited International Coach Academy.
Todd is a native to North Carolina and currently resides in Charlotte with his wife Vicki, their three children, Jessica, Erica and Christopher, and Australian Shepherd, Toby.
