Lisa started her career in Human Resources at Hewlett-Packard (HP) in Palo Alto, California. She started in administration and at the end of her 15 year tenure with HP she had developed, implemented and was running a program resulting in excess of $100 million in revenue for the corporation.
As a key senior member of the Premier Systems Management team for five years, Lisa was instrumental in leading Premier Systems Integrators to a successful acquisition by a large publically traded corporation. During her tenure there, Lisa grew and led the organization to record breaking results. An accomplished business leader, facilitator and professional coach, Lisa has established long-term relationships with FORTUNE 500 executives, has had budget oversight responsibility up to $35 million, and has enjoyed award-winning recognition for business successes and turn around profitability.
Lisa currently provides consulting and professional coaching services to high-profile and top-performing leaders in the high tech, services, banking and retail industries. Her professional focus is on professional assessment, consulting for Organization Development, team building and individual and group performance. Clients and companies that Lisa has worked with include: Wachovia, Shaw Power, Gartner Group, Family Dollar, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, BMW and the Charlotte Mecklenburg School District.
Lisa lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband, Aubrey, and daughter, Alyssa.
