Leading and making change is a challenging exercise at the best of times, often surrounded by anxiety and conflict. Christiane brings order to these situations and makes the complex appear simple. Through coaching and consulting she has impacted the thinking of leaders in a variety of industries and the positive results they have been able to achieve.
Christiane earned her stripes in tactical real-world roles across a broad spectrum of game changing roles as a health care provider and educator, management consultant, executive director and CEO. Perfectly bilingual, Christiane is exceptional at bringing people together and facilitating strategic and operational decisions. She has proven successes with organizations in Canada and the Netherlands, in the private and public sectors, and with employees, consultants and volunteer organizations.
Her experience as a college level educator and curriculum builderfor 11 years, and later as a strategic planner, has equipped Christiane to bring clarity and focus to what needs to get done, by whom and by when and to facilitate the learning of successful people who seek to stretch and change themselves to face new challenges.
In the community Christiane is an activist bringing research and treatment in chronic diseases into the political and medical mainstream. She is a member of the Board of Directors and a volunteer judge at the annual Concordia University John Molson MBA International Case Competition in Montreal. She has coached grade five students in underprivileged areas of Toronto in leadership skills and teaches young children how to knit.
